**Meer over de job**
- Als Product Data Lead word je samen met een product data specialist van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en optimaliseren van de (online) productcategorieën.
- Bij nieuwe producten of projecten neem je een coördinerende rol op en zorg je samen met de data specialist dat alle data tijdig en correct in onze systemen verwerkt zijn.
- Samen met onze aankoop en digital afdeling, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste keuze en weergave van de producten en assortimenten in onze webshop en je blijft deze optimaliseren.
- Je bewaakt de datakwaliteit en onderneemt de nodige verbeteracties om deze correct te krijgen.
- Je bent het primair aanspreekpunt als er feedback komt over product data in onze systemen en zorgt dat deze opgelost geraken.
- Je stuurt een product data specialist aan om te kijken hoe we alle data op orde krijgen met de juiste prioriteit.
- Je structureert als gatekeeper vragen rond data van verschillende afdelingen: aankoop, digital marketing, sales. Daarbij hou je rekening met de impact van aanpassingen op verschillende systemen. Waar nodig stem je af met collega’s om tot consensus te komen.
- Je zet rapporten op om te kijken wat de status is van de kwantiteit en kwaliteit van de ingevulde data; je voert proactief controles uit en zorgt dat correcties worden uitgevoerd.
- Je denkt mee in het kader van optimalisatie van het hele databeheer proces en komt met verbetervoorstellen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van het databeheer te verhogen.

**Meer over jou**
- Je beschikt minimum over een Bachelor diploma in een relevante opleiding (bvb Marketing, Bedrijfsmanagement, KMO Management, Office Management) en je hebt 2-5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
- Je bent een analytisch persoon en beschikt over een logisch redeneervermogen. Hierdoor heb je een duidelijk beeld van processen en kan je ook makkelijk verbanden leggen.
- Je houdt van nauwkeurig en efficiënt werken, hebt oog voor detail, maar weet het globaal overzicht te behouden.
- Gestructureerd werken, daar ben je een krak in.
- Je bent IT-minded en hebt een grondige kennis van Excel. Kennis van Akeneo is een plus.
- Teamwork staat voor jou centraal Je bent collegiaal en houdt er van om samen te werken met collega’s.
- Je houdt de interne en externe klant steeds in het achterhoofd.
- Als Team lead toon je daadkracht op vlak van plannen, opvolgen en prioriteiten stellen. Je zorgt er mee voor dat jouw team het verschil kan maken.
- Je rapporteert aan de marketing director.
