Voor een werkgever te Brussel (Anderlecht) zijn we op zoek naar een bijkomende Business Manager / Account Manager ICT Staffing.
De functie is opengesteld ter uitbreiding van het bestaande Sales Team en ter ondersteuning van de snelle groei.
Deze internationale speler werkt voor de grotere accounts in Banking/Finance, Insurance, Energie en Telecom alsook voor de overheidsinstanties / publieke sector. De aangeboden diensten zijn breed in ICT Consulting, Cloud, Application Services, Agile, Infrastructure, Big Data,...
Jouw voornaamste taken:
- Prospectie verder uitwerken om nieuwe relaties en samenwerkingen te kunnen aangaan
- Onderhouden van langdurige relaties met klanten en toegewezen medewerkers binnen de opdracht
- Detectie van opportuniteiten, beheren van de volledige sales-cyclus
- Ondersteuning bieden aan het interne rekruteringsteam met betrekking tot behoeftes en kwalificatie van kandidaten
- Pro-actief anticiperen op nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen het bestaande portfolio
- Ondersteunen van het Sales-team door een actieve bijdrage en participatie in het team
**Requirements**:
- Hogere opleiding in een technische of commerciële richting, met een eerste relevante ervaring
- Uitstekende commerciële vaardigheden
- Je hecht veel belang aan normen en waarden om een kwalitatieve dienstverlening te garanderen
- Je bent positief ingesteld en hebt goede relationele skills
- Je maakt graag het verschil voor de toegewezen klanten
- Je communiceert vlot en transparant
- Goede tot zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
