For its client, one of the World Leader in Commercial Distribution and production for a specific pharmaceutical product, Robert Half is looking for a **Business Unit Controller (M/F/x).**

The position is based in our Liege office and reports to the Business Unit Control Manager.

As Business Unit Controller for Distribution Commercial, you are an expert in the Commercial activities relating to the Distribution Centre and act as a finance partner to Commercial Finance. You support actively the Liege Finance organization in delivering insightful information on a consistent and standardized basis to enhance management decision making. You are also responsible for reporting and analyzing the costs associated with Commercial requirements and will be the Cost to Serve specialist within the Finance team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing capital projects.

**Your Essential Functions**:

- Analyze monthly revenue vs shipped volumes
- Establish revenue and distribution KPIs for month end reviews
- Cost to Serve preparation, analysis and entries
- Review Cost to serve with Commercial Finance and present to senior management
- Costing of commercial requirements
- Track capex monthly, including cash flow
- Review monthly CIP movements w/project managers
- Calculate Cost to Serve for forecast/budget cycles
- Capex Forecast/Budget
- Prepare forecast/budget decks
- Manage CIP and fixed asset additions related internal controls
- Maintain ad hoc business partnering
- Ensure the audits associate to capex
- Support development and enhancement of the Cost To Serve Tool

**As Business Unit Controller, your qualifications are**:

- You have a Master Degree in finance or supply chain/business analytics and min 2 years-experience in finance/KPI reporting
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment with strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP (BaaN, Oracle) and/or WMS (Red Prairie, JDA) is a plus
- Knowledge of Hyperion, Microsoft tools and/or Business Intelligence tools is also a plus
- You demonstrate a quick understanding of finance with a Logistic orientation and a flexible & logical mindset
- You are fluent in French and English
- You are a teamplayer and a good communicator
- You respect timelines and are prepared to work extended hours on occasion
- You are able to participate in multi-cultural & multi-linguistic operating environment. Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
