The Ageas group treasurer is responsible for the corporate liquidity in its broadest sense. One of the main roles is to arrange and to account for the money flows that are received, spend and invested by the Ageas corporate center, ranging from collection of dividends, interest payments and collections, to FX and hedging operations. The treasury function also involves regular reporting and interaction with many financial institutions.
**Je functie**:
You will work in very close collaboration with the Ageas Group Director Treasury, Financing & Rating on the following topics:
- Acting as a back up to Group Treasurer;
- Assisting the Group Treasurer with day-to-day Treasury related tasks and/or ad-hoc projects;
- Assist with scanning and reviewing market opportunities in line with Treasury Mandate;
- Assist with organizing credit lines, bridge financing, short to medium term loans;
- Assist with dividend and capital flows across group and its subsidiaries;
- Assist with automation of the Treasury reporting processes;
- Assist in monitoring the daily money flows.
**Je profiel**:
- You have master degree;
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar or finance related role;
- You have a good reporting and/or automating skills;
- You have a good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- You have affinity with finance and financial markets;
- You are proactive and willing to multitask;
- You are hands-on and you work in a structured way;
- You are a team player, but are able to work independently as well;
- You are fluent in English
