This role as **Digital Transformation Leader** offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic, highly engaged and innovative Site team, in a challenging and competitive environment. Our team is **driving the digital transformation across multiple pillars** such, Asset Intensification, Yield and Batch Performance, Quality Excellence & Quality Control.
- Have full **oversight **of roadmap, deployment plan and status, maturity level and business value of Smart Factory - with direct oversight from Site Head of Operational Excellence
- **Strategic and Operational leadership **of program towards performance & productivity (KPI definition & targets, financial ambitions, strategic planning)
- **Design and deploy operating model** with revised governance to steer progress, harmonize operational processes and value realization
- **Responsible for Performance indicators improvement **(improve knowledge management, quality and consistency, reduce costs, transform the business) and achieve financial impact
- **Lead transformation initiatives **across the site (all archetypes: Quality Control, Drug Substance, Quality Assurance)
- **Design and develop strategies** for implementing technology solutions that align with company goals and objectives such as Integrated Collaborate Scheduling
- **Promote strategic change** across the organization to generate new value, unlock new opportunities, drive new growth and deliver new efficiencies
- **Establish relationship **with Global Functions to coordinate business objectives, drive prioritization and lead change

**Profiel**
- Solid Lean and Performance culture
- Participation to transformation programs including digital
- Site experience: strong knowledge of operations & Pharmaceutical production environment
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Fluent English is a must
- Degree in Business or Technical/Science required
- Ability to travel internationally
