Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?-
- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als talent sourcer ga je proactief op zoek naar kandidaten via verschillende kanalen. Je haalt de juiste argumenten aan zodat de kandidaat solliciteert.
- Je werkt ook samen met professionele partners (VDAB, Actiris, selectiekantoren, studentenverenigingen ). Je onderhoudt dit netwerk en breidt het verder uit, evalueert en verbetert optimaliseert de samenwerking.;
- Je bouwt talent pools op en houdt contact met potentiële kandidaten voor toekomstige vacatures.
- Je doet dit niet enkel online je vertegenwoordigt NMBS ook op job events (gemiddeld 1 à 2 keer per maand).
- Je rol als talent sourcer zal een belangrijk deel van je tijd innemen. Daarnaast krijg je ook de kans om je te ontwikkelen en taken op te nemen in andere domeinen van Employer Branding. Dat kan marketing & communicatie zijn, kandidaatbeleving, ons jongerenbeleid,Dit bepalen we samen, op basis van jouw talenten en ambities.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur binnen marketing, human ressources, psychologie of communicatie. Of je behaalde een bachelordiploma en hebt al relevante werkervaring op het vlak van rekrutering
- Je legt snel contacten, kan je zeer goed inleven in iemands noden en werkt graag samen.
- Je houdt van klare taal: hoe korter, helderder en overtuigender: hoe beter. Je spreekt en schrijft foutloos Nederlands en je kan je ook goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en bent in staat verschillende opdrachten tegelijkertijd op te volgen en je aan de planning te houden.
- Je kan snel verbanden leggen en ziet het groter geheel.
- Je kan je snel aanpassen aan wijzigende omstandigheden of klantenbehoeften.
- Heb je ervaring (in een stage of job) met rekrutering of in een communicatieteam? Da’s zeker een pluspunt
