Functie
Binnen deze functie help je het bedrijf nog harder te groeien door het beste talent aan te werven. Wat je op verjaardagen vertelt dat je doet: "Je kunt mij zien als spelersmakelaar: continu op de uitkijk om nieuw talent voor ons dream team te scouten."
Wat je écht doet:
- Je vervult een flink aantal vacatures van A-Z
- Continu ben je op zoek naar het beste talent
- Je treedt op als recruitment partner naar de organisatie: jij adviseert, ondersteunt en voedt op om zo de groei te garanderen
- Je zet snelle, eigenzinnige en creatieve sollicitatieprocedures op
- Je houdt de sollicitatieprocedures bij door je workflow op orde te houden
Hoe je dat aanpakt:
- Je bepaalt samen met de Hiring Manager het profiel, de pitch, de vacaturetekst en de stappen die jullie gaan zetten om de juiste kandidaten te vinden en te binden
- Je bent in controle en beheert het gehele proces van begin tot eind
- Met behulp van LinkedIn zoek en benader je de beste talenten, zorg dat je met ze in gesprek komt en maakt ze enthousiast over werken bij het bedrijf
- Je selecteert cv’s, nodigt kandidaten uit en voert gesprekken
- Je kunt slecht tegen “kan niet” of “ja maar.” – je zoekt continu nieuwe wegen om toptalent aan je te binden. Heb je een goed idee? Gewoon doen
- Je gebruikt data om het wervings- en selectieproces te verbeteren
Je bent onderdeel van het HR team waaronder HR Business Partners en Payroll medewerkers en schakelt dagelijks met de Recruitment Manager België. Je mag ook de leuke collega’s van fleet, learning & development en verzekeringen uiteraard niet vergeten.

Profiel en vaardigheden
Als Talent Acquisition Specialist herken je je volledig in onderstaande:
- Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma richting HR, Psychologie, ...
- Je draait al enkele jaren mee in Recruiting-land waardoor je de kneepjes van het vak kent of snel leert kennen
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en hebt een goede talenkennis van Frans
- Zeer bedreven in het interviewen, STARR af te nemen en beoordelen van kandidaten
- Je hebt het hele recruitmentproces in gang; van job intakes, het opstellen van wervende vacatureteksten tot en met het onderhandelen met kandidaten over salaris
- Een sociale netwerker en hebt een online footprint van min. 500+ LinkedIn connecties (of je kunt ons uitleggen waarom dit onzin is)
- Een ongekende gedrevenheid om elke dag een beetje beter te worden.
- Je bent beschikbaar voor 38 uur in de week om het huidige team te ondersteunen
