**TEASER**
Het **Strategy & Innovation, Transformation & Intelligence departement (STI)** is het kloppend hart van de strategische transformatie. STI is een ambitieus en dynamisch team dat Securex vooruit helpt, van het definiëren van een klantgedreven en data gedreven strategie, het managen van strategische transformatieprojecten tot het vertalen van een veelheid aan data in actionable inzichten, voor klant en medewerker.

In het STI-team zijn we op zoek naar een **Business Strategist**.

**Functie**
We geven jou een overzicht van de kernverantwoordelijkheden eigen aan een Business Strategist bij Securex:

- **Business Strategie**: Je denkt en ademt business strategie. Je bent 1 met de Securex strategie en gedachte, en vertaalt ze in concrete klant
- en datagedreven strategieën op diverse niveaus: Securex’ internationale activiteiten, op niveau van een business unit (sociaal secretariaat, externe preventiedienst, verzekeringen, ), richting de klant inzake service model voor een doelgroep, (digitalel) kanaalstrategie, propositie-aanpak,Een ruime waaier aan opportuniteiten waar je je strategisch talent in kan botvieren.
- **Customer en data driven**: in Securex staat de klant centraal. Vanuit dat perspectief is het belangrijk dat onze strategie een antwoord biedt op de (toekomstige) noden en wensen van die klant, net als dat de strategische richting bevestigt wordt door data inzichten. Je gaat in de strategievorming bewust met deze insteken aan de slag.
- **Organisatie-adviseur**: je brengt advies inzake het beleid uit aan topmanagers en directieleden, en zit frequent met de eindbeslissers aan tafel. In jouw advies koppel je de as is met de to be situatie: je neemt de beslissingnemers mee naar de toekomst, maar voorziet ook de weg er naar toe.
- **Implementatie**: eens de strategische richting duidelijk is, neemt een team van onder andere portfolio, project, proces
- en change managers het van je over. Je blijft evenwel geconnecteerd met de verdere verfijning van de strategie richting project/roadmap, zodat de uiteindelijke waardecreatie gealigneerd is met het strategische doel. Samen sterk is de boodschap.
- **Strategische hefboom**:In bovenstaande beschrijving neem je zelf het initaitief in het end-2-end definiëren van strategische thema’s. Jouw rol omhelst daarnaast ook om de strategic-thinking-capabilities bij Securex te verruimen. Je helpt daarom ook andere collega’s bij het scherp krijgen van hun strategisch idee. Je creëert zo een strategische hefboom in het bedrijf.

**Profiel**
Onze ideale kandidaat kan zich zelf herkennen in onderstaande profielschets:

- **Strategisch denken**: je denkt van nature op bedrijfsstrategisch niveau en bent in een kei in het simpel voorstellen van complexe context/content, en storytelling om er een vlot leesbaar en beslisbaar verhaal van te maken. Een historiek als strategisch/business consultant is een duidelijke troef, net als affiniteit met HR Services en/of Verzekeringen.
- **Business Accumen**: je hebt een sterk zakelijk gevoel, werkt je snel in nieuwe bedrijfscontexten in en onderscheidt er snel de kern van het detail.
- **Denker én doener**: je combineert het snelle hersenwerk met een hands-on aanpak en handelt waar anderen twijfelen. Je wil impact maken, binnen de context van een gevestigd bedrijf.
- **Outside-in**:je bent van nature geïnteresseerd in wat binnen een domein gebeurt, analyseert de buitenwereld / sector / concurrentie en neemt de analyse mee ter versterking van je interne beleid. Je laat je hier graag voor inspireren door collega’s trendwatching & innovation managers.
- **Analytische scherpte**: je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en doorgrond snel complexe bedrijfscontexten. Je gebruikt de aanwezige data om je analyse te verscherpen.
- **Excellente communicatieskills**: je hebt zowel mondeling als schriftelijke excellente communicatieskills. Je weet je doelgroep te enthousiasmeren via heldere storytelling die de droom en de ‘getting there’ naadloos combineert.
- **Teamspeler**: je hebt een sterk gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid en floreert in een multidisciplinair team
- **Taalvaardigheid**: je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
