**Marketing & Communication Consultant**:
- Full-time, _Work virtually from home and/or the office with occasional meetings in person in either of the following offices:
- Antwerp, Belgium
- Barcelona, Spain
- Utrecht, Netherlands
Willing to travel roughly 2-4 times a year for team meetings, events and other needs.

This role includes working with internal and external stakeholders for presentations, graphic design and video creation along with other digital programs and platforms to promote our brand; increase awareness of BCD Travel, its services and solutions; and drive employee engagement, client retention and sales growth.
**Key responsibilities**
- Perform role in alignment with global marketing and communication strategy.
- Shows a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Demonstrate knowledge of design fundamentals and production while working within established brand guidelines.
- Promote branding and marketing guidelines; be a brand ambassador.
- Support other members of the Marketing & Communications team with projects and tasks.
- Increase awareness of BCD Travel, its services and solutions.
- Point of contact for creative design in Europe.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Express)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Brand management tools/platforms (Data Asset Management) experience would be helpful but not required.
- Salesforce knowledge and experience would be helpful but not required.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Elaborate and varied creative concepts.
- Keen eye for image sourcing to complement the messaging.
**Presentation Designer**
- PowerPoint expert - skill level of at least a 7 out of 10.
- Design flare to flex slide canvas with creative ideas while still respecting the brand.
- Efficient with production-related work (i.e. converting rough draft slides to branded slides).
- Support Sales and Program Managers with global and local messaging to clients/prospects.
- Give technical support for events (virtual and onsite).
- Apple Keynote and Google Slides experience would be helpful but not required.
**Additional digital skill sets preferred but not required**
- Adobe Premiere (video editing)
- Adobe After Effects (animation)
- Adobe Express (social media banners, etc.)
- Foleon (digital magazine platform)
- Website (WordPress, Elementor or similar web editor)
**How you can set yourself apart**
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience in marketing, communication, graphic design, advertising, or related field.
- Comfortable using the English language (oral and written)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Relevant work or classroom/school experience
- Experience in a multinational marketing or communications organization
- Basic project management skills (able to create project plans, assign task responsibilities, track progress)
