Cette année, nos sites web ont été utilisés par plus de 10 millions de personnes, soit une croissance de 200% par rapport à l'année dernière. Nous collaborons quotidiennement avec les leaders du secteur qui travaillent avec les entreprises locales, comme Google, BNP Paribas Fortis, Deliveroo, TheFork, Tiller ou Petit Futé.
Depuis la réouverture des restaurants, CentralApp se fixe des objectifs ambitieux pour ses activités de Business Development en visant à servir 30.000 clients dans les années à venir.
Pour aider à réaliser ce plan, nous recherchons un Account Manager Intern avec un penchant pour l'hospitalité (restaurants, hôtels...) qui est capable de travailler avec d'autres entreprises locales.
**Votre rôle**:
Nous recherchons un Account Manager Intern pour aider l'équipe Customer Success. Au cours de ce stage, vous apprendrez à créer les meilleurs sites web pour nos clients, à optimiser les sites web existants afin d'améliorer leurs KPIs, à concevoir et à optimiser les visuels pour nos clients (y compris les logos) et à préparer des analyses pour notre équipe Customer Success. En fonction de vos compétences linguistiques, vous serez également en mesure d'aider dans un ou plusieurs pays.
Plus précisément, vous vous occuperez de:
- Rédaction de copyrights : Vous savez rédiger des articles simples mais efficaces en vous adaptant à différents styles d'écriture, tout en gardant à l'esprit l'impact SEO.
- Design & Sélection de visuels : Vous avez un bon sens du design et savez manipuler des outils de conception faciles à utiliser comme Sketch, Canvas, etc.
- Rapports de performance : À l'aide d'outils internes, vous préparerez le suivi des performances qui sera utilisé par le Customer Success.
- Suivi du succès client : Vous assisterez l'équipe Customer Success dans le suivi des réunions.
- Projets clés : Plusieurs projets ad hoc pour améliorer les KPIs du Customer Success (taux de recommandation, taux de désabonnement et NPS).
- Helpdesk : Contribuer au développement des ressources clients.
**Requirements**:
- Compétences rédactionnelles : Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités rédactionnelles (orthographe irréprochable notamment).
- Sens des affaires locales : Vous comprenez comment fonctionne un business local et quels sont ses défis.
- Sens des affaires : Vous avez un bon sens des affaires.
- Tech savvy : Vous maîtrisez les nouvelles technologies et pouvez travailler très rapidement sur plusieurs écrans.
- Natif en français OU en anglais
- Working Knowledge de l'anglais.
- Vous êtes disponible pour 20-24 semaines (6 mois).
Bonus
- Working Knowledge de l'espagnol, de l'italien, du néerlandais ou du chinois est un plus.
- Compétences en design.
