Join our team of 25 amazing people with over 10 nationalities (and counting) whose building the best postal code database in the world as our brand-new **Customer Success Manager**

**Your Mission**:

- **Goal Definition & Alignment**: Set short
- and mid-term goals for each customer account, covering churn prevention, upsell, and engagement objectives. Work closely with the sales team to ensure these goals are aligned and strategically integrated.
- **Strategic Planning**: Define strategies and engagement plans for the customer success cycle to deliver the goals per account.
- Identify **renewal, upsell and cross-sell** opportunities in close collaboration with our Account Executives.
- **Engagement execution**: Drive the execution of the plans per account both independently and through coordinated efforts across teams (within Customer Success, Product, Sales and Engineering).
- **Customer Advocacy**: Collaborate effectively with the product team to provide customer feedback and resolve client needs.
- Create scalable programs (e.g. customer health, onboarding, new product feature adoption, QBRs) to drive Customer Success objectives

- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Ability to guide and align internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and action-oriented
