At Greenomy, our mission is to accelerate the global transition to a sustainable economy. We want to empower companies and financial services to measure, analyse, plan and execute their sustainability objectives while enabling them to efficiently & effectively comply with regulations.
We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and also for implementing and supporting customer solutions.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the best customer experience for our new and existing customers
- Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process
- Preparing and executing customer training
- Delivering customer solutions
- Ensuring great client experience for existing customers
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Continuously improving customer experience and build a trusted relationship with clients
- Work with other teams to develop new features for our clients based on their needs;
- Manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment**.**
**Your profile**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a similar field
- Previous experience in a SaaS environment
- Strong computer skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any additional European language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
