Onze klant te Willebroek is DE leverancier van totaaloplossingen in de audiovisuele industrie. Onze klant geeft u toegang tot de nieuwste technologie, zonder uw balans in gevaar te brengen. Onze klant werd in 1985 in België opgericht als verhuurbedrijf voor verlichting en geluidsapparatuur. Tegenwoordig is de groep één van de belangrijkste spelers op de audiovisuele markt in Europa, met meer dan 250 werknemers in 8 landen.
Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven en ambitieuze Business Development Manager om ons team te versterken en onze audiovisuele merken verder te laten groeien en op de internationale en nationale kaart te zetten. Als Brand Manager speel je een cruciale rol in de ontwikkeling en de marketing van onze klant hun merken.
Als Business Development Manager behoren volgende taken tot jouw veratnwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van marketingstrategieën voor zowel eigen als niet-eigen merken.
- Coördineren en instrueren van het marketingteam voor succesvolle productlanceringen en campagnes
- Leiding geven aan de look & feel van productverpakkingen en andere visuele elementen. Je werkt actief mee met het marketingteam aan de brand identity
- Actief deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten op basis van marktbehoeften
- Samenwerken met de CCO, MD en het marketing
- en salesteam tijdens het salesproces
- Coördineren en deelnemen aan beurzen op diverse evenementen
- Fungeren als contactpersoon voor niet-eigen merken en hun marketingprocessen bewaken en samen met de fabrikanten coördineren
- Marktonderzoek van uw merkportfolio. Hoe presteren uw producten?
- Bijdragen aan de groei en het succes van onze klant als toonaangevend bedrijf in de AV-industrie
Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in daguren.

Kwalificaties
- Ervaring met marktonderzoek en budgettering
- Uitstekende commerciële feeling en/of achtergrond
- Affiniteit met ondernemerschap en resultaatgericht denken
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, Engels en Frans
- Ervaring met PC/CRM-systemen
- Ambitieus, gedreven en bereid om te reizen
- Behulpzame, flexibele en gedisciplineerde instelling
- Passie voor technologie en affiniteit met productmarketing
