**Description**:
Our client is a leading Brazilian multinational in the chemical industry, making a global impact. We are seeking a motivated Customer Operations Specialist to strengthen their team.
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Being the primary contact for customers - addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Managing the entire sales order process, overseeing the complete cycle, including coordinating transportation and logistics, maintaining communication between various departments, service providers, and timely delivery of information to the customer.
- Ensuring all movements from production and storage locations are executed with correct documentation and declarations, particularly for hazardous goods.
- Collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to align on terms, product availability, pricing, credit limits, payment terms, etc.
- Handling customer complaints and collaborating with relevant departments (logistics, quality, etc.).
- Processing documentation requests (questionnaires, certifications, and technical product information) post-sale.
**Profile**
- Experience in Customer Service/Logistics/Sales.
- A professional and friendly service provider for our customers, with excellent listening and communication skills, adaptable to an international, multicultural environment.
- A structured approach to work, tracking multiple orders in various stages, keeping all stakeholders informed, and anticipating potential issues.
- Hands-on, results-oriented, customer-focused, with competencies in prioritization, attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and planning.
- Fluent in English; another language is a plus but not required.
- IT skills (Office, SAP).
- A 'can-do' attitude is a significant asset to take on additional responsibilities and develop skills.
