**Wat is de functie van activiteitenmanager bij David Lloyd Clubs?**

Als Activities Manager leidt en beheert u een efficiënte werking van alle activiteiten die plaatsvinden in de afdelingen Fitness, Groepstraining, Racquets, Zwemmen en Family binnen uw DL Club en geeft u onze leden elke dag een fantastische ervaring.
Je treedt regelmatig op als Duty Manager en bent verantwoordelijk voor de efficiënte werking van de hele club.

Wij zijn trots op de service die wij onze leden bieden, dus het selecteren van het juiste team is essentieel. Je leidt de werving, opleiding en empowerment van je team om ervoor te zorgen dat ze elke dag hun A-game naar het werk brengen om onze leden een uitzonderlijke ervaring te bezorgen.

**En welke kwalificaties, vaardigheden en ervaring heb ik nodig?**

We zijn op zoek naar een zelfgemotiveerde manager die er trots op is dat hij een uitzonderlijke service aan onze leden levert en graag samenwerkt met de General Manager van de club om een veilige en eersteklas ervaring in de hele club te garanderen.

Je hebt ervaring met het managen van een team in een servicegeleide faciliteit (bijv. restaurant, attractie, winkel, sport
- of vrijetijdsfaciliteit) en je hebt kennis van het managen van verschillende functies met variabele uitdagingen en doelen. Financiële planning en management ervaring is ook vereist met een algemene passie voor klantenservice en uitstekende communicatie en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.

En tant que responsable des activités, vous dirigerez et gérerez le fonctionnement efficace de toutes les activités qui se déroulent dans les départements de fitness, d'exercices collectifs, de raquettes, de natation et des familles au sein de votre club DL et vous offrirez à nos membres une expérience fabuleuse chaque jour. Vous agirez régulièrement en tant que Duty Manager, en assumant la responsabilité du fonctionnement efficace de l'ensemble du club.
