**What Will You Be Doing?**
As a Digital Project Manager at SEAMS, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' digital projects in the banking industry. Your role will encompass efficient project management, ensuring top-notch deliverables, excellent team and individual leadership, proactive communication, and effective stakeholder management. If you have a track record of successfully managing projects focused on the complete digitization of manual processes, we definitely want to hear from you

**What We're Looking For**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a (Digital) Project Manager
- Proven focus on delivery with a proactive attitude
- Excellent team and individual leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Creative and strategic thinking
- Quick understanding of client needs
- Master's degree
- Organizational skills and an analytical mind
- Efficiently bridging the gap between Business & IT
- Bilingual in English and Dutch/French
