**Your Profile**:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or similar
- You are fluent in dutch, french and preferably english.
- You are highly organized.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills
- “Can do” and “hands on” mentality.
- You have an analytical mindset and a systematic approach when it comes to solving problems.
- Located in or close to Brussels.
- Knowledge of digital best practices, SEO strategies, marketing strategies, and social media management is a +.
**Your role**:
You will help optimise the project management processes in order to improve the quality/cost/planning ratio of our digital production.
**Your missions**:
- Help and support our internals processes.
- Draft accurate briefings to ensure proper production and delivery.
- Bring in new organizational ideas.
- Manage digital projects while monitoring the quality/cost/planning ratio.
- Establish accurate and realistic forecasts.
- Work closely with our senior project manager and support him by preparing sales and analysis documents.
- Coordinate a team of creatives and developers.
- Ensure fluent communication between the client and the teams.
