DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER
**Main Duties**:
A tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help UITP achieve its business goals, the digital experience project manager can lead projects for the deployment of digital tools, set and measure KPIs and ideally will bring her/his experience as business analysts to UITP.
Ultimately, this person should be able to manage and deliver our tools’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements while ensuring the integrity and consistency of the global digital ecosystem of UITP.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- manage key digital projects at UITP in the framework of UITP project management process (defining scope and requirements, managing timelines, capacity and communicating issues and status).
- act as the first point of contacts to support other project managers of digital projects across the organisation, and for all digital components of projects across UITP
- assist with the organization’s digital transformation efforts under the supervision of the Head of Transformation and the Sr Director for Strategy and Transformation
- seek opportunities for improvement of existing digital tools, keep roadmap for their future updates and suggest new digital experience projects.
- communicate with stakeholders and gain consensus for website strategy and modifications. ,
- optimize efficient user experience of all UITP digital tools/deliverables including its corporate website
- design how a website or app looks and functions, including on the back end
- advise, collaborate and communicate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital tools/deliverables
- work with external web agencies and in close cooperation with the IT unit
- develop support documentation including requirement specifications and be an advocate of the digital mind-set through trainings and internal communication actions.
- manage the Digital Core Team and make it a valuable asset in the implementation of UITP’s future digital recommendations and strategy. fulfill his/her responsibilities and tasks according to the RISE values of UITP.
**Competencies**
- Excellent knowledge of digital tools, challenges
- A deep understanding of, and passion, for the entire digital ecosystem;
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Excellent project management and communications skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Patience to navigate the complex organisational structures of large businesses;
- Leadership and charisma that excites the organization to drive change forward.
- Fluency in English (written and oral), French and other languages are an asset
