**Role**:
We are looking for a Master Planning & Scheduling Lead to reinforce our Supply Chain Department. In this role, you will plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- **S&OP Management**
Develop & Lead S&OP cycle: deploy process & tools and bring people on board
- **Capacity Management**
Work center mapping, deploy capacity management tools and processes
- **3 Months Planning**
Own and pilot Master Planning Schedule to secure site deliverables/commitments and accommodating constraints along the chain.
- **Finite Scheduling - Ready to Execute**
Manage production finite schedule & ensure derivate plans are secured and consistent e.g. in process testing, equipment preparation
Coordinate with various departments that production steps are ready to be executed.
- **Work order Management**
Create & maintain in systems all different work orders supporting production: dates, Quantity to be produced, parts list, raw materials/intermediates allocation
- **Lead of Production Activity Control Meetings**
Owner of daily / weekly meetings aiming to ensure: daily tracking of plans execution and rapid response to short term challenges - be in charge of challenging/reporting delays in plans execution
- **Coordination with Project Management & Product Development Teams**
Be key point of contact & interface with different projects & product developments teams to coordinate projects deliverables within Supply Chain areas: planning, capacity, materials management
- **Direct Raw Materials MRP & QC Release Control**
Determine & communicate supply requirements with Purchasing & Procurement team
Pilot on time release from QC. Alert if major deviation from standard release timings and if necessary address release priorities vs. production schedule.
- Responsible of related stream KPI and to drive related improvement initiatives
- **Site Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with cGMP policies and activities: trainings, Standard Operating Procedures, on time treatment of deviations, CAPAs, change controls
- Ensure respect of the Safety, Hygiene and Environment rules
- Prevent risk of accident and environmental incident
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Master or bachelor in Supply Chain - Or equivalent by experience
- Ideally 7 - 10 years of experience in similar function
- Experience in production control and manufacturing in a pharma environment
- Knowledge of cGMP
- Ability to work with complex products with a wide variety of parts
- Excellent organization and coordination skills
- Strong customer oriented-mindset
- Flexible, able to set priorities and solution oriented
- Team spirit and ability to work in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- Strong oral & written communication skills (English & French) and cross functional collaboration skills
- APICS or other Supply Chain certification is a plus.
