Wat je doet
Voorstellen formuleren inzake het kwaliteitsbeleid.
Organiseren en coördineren van de implementatie van het goedgekeurde kwaliteitsbeleid + periodieke rapportering.
Opzetten van een kwaliteitsborgingsysteem.
Voorstellen tot verbetering van het kwaliteitsbeleid en - systeem formuleren.
Beheer van de kwaliteitshandboeken, procedures, werkvoorschriften en werkdocumenten.
Coördinatie van interne kwaliteit audits.
Voorstellen formuleren mbt het nemen van correctieve en preventieve acties en opvolgen van de uitvoering.
Coördinatie en/of uitwerken van opleidingsprogramma's ivm kwaliteit.
Evalueren van leveranciers in samenwerking met Aankoop.
Opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles van grondstoffen en (afgewerkte) producten.
Opvolgen van nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen in het kwaliteitsgebeuren.
Beheren en afhandelen van klachtendossiers en bijsturen waar nodig.
Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van werkmethodes en - processen (van in - tot uitstroom).
Opstellen van werkinstructies en taakomschrijvingen.
**Profiel**:
Wie je bent
Je hebt een hogere opleiding genoten (bij voorkeur Master) en / of relevante ervaring in een internationale productieomgeving.
Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen en bent bereid je bij te scholen indien nodig.
Jouw aanpak is kwaliteitsbewust, resultaatgericht en hands-on.
Je werkt autonoom en bent communicatief sterk.
Als motivator en coach voor de werkvloer bied je de nodige ondersteuning.
Je bent administratief sterk en getuigt van een analytisch inzicht.
Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Je bent PC vaardig. Kennis van een ERP systeem (SAP) is een plus.
