De **PGS GROUP** is al 30 jaar actief binnen de **houtverpakkingsindustrie.** PGS staat voor Palettes Gestion Services en werd opgericht in Frankrijk in het jaar 1993. PGS begon met het herstel en de verkoop van houten tweedehandspallets en handelt momenteel zowel in **tweedehands
- als in nieuwe pallets**.

**PGS REC Belgium** is onderdeel van PGS Group. Bij PGS REC Belgium zijn zowel werknemers in dienst die actief zijn in de **productie van nieuwe pallets** als op onze **tweedehandssites**.

Door verdere uitbreiding zijn wij op zoek naar een **Business Developer.**

**WELKE TAKEN ZAL JE UITOEFENEN?**
- Als Business Developer vertegenwoordig je PGS GROUP op het terrein in de **regio Vlaanderen** en de **kust van Frans-Vlaanderen**. In deze regio ga je actief **op zoek naar nieuwe potentiële klanten**.
- Na een opleiding ga je **ter plaatse bij bedrijven**. Je stelt de verschillende diensten en producten voor aan deze potentiële nieuwe klanten en dankzij je enthousiasme weet je hen te overtuigen om met de PGS Group in zee te gaan.
- Je **werkt in overleg met de verantwoordelijke collega een concreet voorstel uit**, afgestemd op de behoeften van de klant.
- Vervolgens geef je deze informatie door aan de klant, waar je ook het volledige **voorstel presenteert**. Dit volg je verder op, tot een akkoord is bereikt.
- Je **volgt bestaande en nieuwe klanten op** en verwerkt alle gegevens in het op maat gemaakte CRM-pakket.
- Je houdt rekening met de **noden van onze klanten** en staat garant voor onze **waarden en ambities**.
- Op termijn, en afhankelijk van jouw interesses, kan je een **eigen klantenportefeuille** beheren.

**WIE ZOEKEN WE?**
- Je hebt een **eerste werkervaring als Business Developer** en voelt je zowel met ’hunting’ als met ‘farming’ comfortabel.
- Je hebt ervaring met **prospectie **en **werken in een B2B-omgeving**.
- Je bent in het bezit van een **bachelordiploma** of je kan terugkijken op **relevante werkervaring** en je hebt **goede analytische vaardigheden**.
- Een zelfstarter die het geen probleem vindt om **verantwoordelijkheid t**e nemen, kan zeker ook in aanmerking komen.
- Je hebt **interesse in een technisch product** (nl. tweedehands pallets) en in **werken in een B2B-omgeving**.
- Je hebt zowel een **goede kennis van Nederlands als Frans**.
- Je werkt **nauwkeurig** en **hecht belang aan degelijke rapportering**.
- Je straalt de PGS-waarden **ondernemerschap, respect en resultaatgerichtheid** uit.
- Je hebt een **rijbewijs B**.
