**Zo ziet jouw nieuwe job eruit**:
- Als product delivery manager stuur je onze IT Delivery owners aan en heb je de eindverantwoordelijkheid (met aandacht voor tijd, scope, kwaliteit en budget) voor de ontwikkelingsteams in onze IT-organisatie.-
- Je stimuleert de medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt dat ze de gestelde doelen bereiken.-
- Je werkt nauw samen met de business afdelingen om de IT-behoeften te begrijpen. Als betrouwbare partner ontwikkel en implementeer je de strategische IT-roadmaps zodat de business continuïteit ten allen tijde gewaarborgd blijft.-
- Als onderdeel van het IT-MT definieer je de doelstellingen voor jouw delivery teams en werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen om deze doelstellingen te bereiken.-
- Je volgt het IT Budget op en zorgt voor kosteneffectieve oplossingen en resource toewijzing.-
- Je definieert en implementeert een manier van werken die zorgt voor een juiste balans tussen operational excellence en flexibiliteit om tegemoet te komen aan de steeds veranderende verwachtingen van de klanten.-
- Tenslotte bouw je, naast jouw intern netwerk, ook sterke relaties op buiten Attentia om inzicht te krijgen in de IT-trends die van invloed kunnen zijn op onze bedrijfswerking.-
- Je leidt verandering effectief en empathisch, en stimuleert continue verbetering door de hele organisatie.**Herken je jezelf hierin?**- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie waarbij je reeds IT-leiderschap hebt getoond in een omgeving waarbij IT niet alleen een interne dienstverlener was, maar ook toegevoegde waarde diende te creëren naar de klant.-
- Je hebt ervaring in het zelf ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van complexe IT-roadmaps.-
- Je hebt ervaring met Change en stimuleert continue verbetering in onze IT-organisatie.-
- Je hebt een analytische mindset en neemt beslissingen op basis van data en in lijn met de IT -strategie-
- Je beschikt over de nodige people skills waarbij je jouw teams weet te inspireren en motiveren.-
- Je hebt een sterke focus op operational excellence.-
