**Who are YOU?**

You are flexible person and show initiative, stand for quality and you can empathize with the wishes of the guest. You speak fluently French and English, any other language is a plus. You have a driving licence B. You always have a smile on your face. Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.

**What will you do?**

You will provide a top-of-the-range welcome and service for our guests, while respecting and representing the quality of our 5-stars hotel.

You know everything that happens in the hotel, but also in the city because as you are the contact point for our guests and will inform them about different activities. You assist them with all requests (car parking, reservations for different activities, luggage handling,...). You contribute to a safe and clean work environment, for both our guests and staff.

You are available both during the day, in the evening hours, split shifts as well as on weekends and Bank holidays.
