Bij Energy Lab zijn we op zoek naar een scherpe en gepassioneerde Marketing Coördinator om ons Marcom team te versterken. Als onderdeel van ons team zal je een cruciale rol spelen in het coördineren en uitrollen van campagnes, creëren van content en het levend houden van onze sociale media kanalen. Breng jij onze marketingstrategieën en uitvoering ervan naar het volgende niveau? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken
**Zo ziet jouw toekomstige job eruit**:
- Je coördineert moeiteloos marketingcampagnes, houdt deadlines strak in de gaten en beheert de middelen met precisie.
- Je stuurt onze creatieve teams aan om content te bedenken die klikt en blijft hangen.
- Je ontwikkelt briefings die als blauwdruk dienen voor verhalen die we vertellen via mailings, social media en meer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze boodschap niet alleen gehoord, maar ook gezien en herinnerd wordt.
- Je begrijpt social media als geen ander en weet precies wat nodig is om onze kanalen zoals LinkedIn, Facebook en Instagram te laten bloeien.
- Je zet data om in inzichten om onze marketingstrategieën te versterken en verbeteren. Data zijn meer dan cijfers voor jou: ze vertellen het verhaal achter onze campagnes.

- Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgedaan van minimum 1 tot maximum 4 jaar op het gebied van marketing & communicatie.
- Jouw oog voor detail zorgt ervoor dat elke uitrol vlekkeloos verloopt en onze merkidentiteit consistent blijft.
- Jouw leergierigheid kent geen grenzen. Je bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe kennis, klaar om nieuwe trends en technologieën in marketing op te pikken en toe te passen.
- Jouw samenwerkingsgeest tilt ons team naar een hoger niveau. Je past je naadloos aan bij veranderende teamdynamiek en je bent een rots in de branding bij projectuitdagingen.
