Pour une entreprise de création de desserts, **Jobmatch Liège** est à la recherche d'un **Quality Officer H/F/X **pour une mission de minimum 3 mois
- Vous prenez connaissance de tous les éléments techniques figurant au **cahier des charges** et/ou aux exigences internes basés sur les **futures certifications FSSC 22000**;
- Vous vérifiez **la conformité** de la fabrication des règles et des procédures du "safety food";
- Vous établissez **les documents de contrôle** de conformité:
- Vous proposez des **améliorations,** des actions correctives et préventives;
- Vous fournissez un **appui technique** aux opérateurs et services;
- Vous rédigez les** éventuels** **litiges** de fabrication;
- Vous suivez et faites appliquer les** exigences** des normes alimentaires internationales et des normes clients
- Vous réalisez les **audits internes.**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un **master ou ingénieur agroalimentaire** et vous justifiez d'une **première expérience** dans une entreprise de production alimentaire;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de **l'anglais **(minimum B1);
- Vous maitrisez la** suite Office** et Microsoft Windows;
- Vous avez une personnalité de **leadership** concernant les projets;
- Vous avez un** bon esprit d'analyse** et de synthèse;
- Vous aimez **la rigueur** et êtes capable de** travailler seul.**:
