Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- De Specialist Investment Technical zal deel uitmaken van het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor investeringen in stations en gebouwen: verlichting, verwarming, aandrijfkracht, HVAC, airconditioning, liften en roltrappen...In het kader van een optimaal beheer van deze technische activa, en in een wereld waarin de technologie voortdurend evolueert, kijkt NMBS resoluut naar de toekomst door een gecentraliseerd technisch beheersysteem voor haar technische installaties, en door te zorgen voor de voortdurende verbetering ervan om een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening aan onze klanten te garanderen.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als Specialist Investment Technical zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- Op technisch gebied ondersteun je de leidend ambtenaar (de architect/ingenieur) bij de uitvoering van overheidsopdrachten voor renovatie-, onderhouds
- en constructiewerken aan de gebouwen en parkings van de NMBS-groep. Je takenpakket bestaat voornamelijk uit monitoring en controle.**Meer specifiek zijn de verantwoordelijkheden de volgende**:

- Jezelf vertrouwd maken met alle technische en organisatorische aspecten die eigen zijn aan het project dat je wordt toevertrouwd om de implementatiefase zo goed mogelijk op te volgen.
- Toezicht houden op de van werken, architectuur, civiele techniek en afwerking, rekening houdend met scope, kwaliteit, planning, budget en mogelijke risico's om een project op te leveren dat voldoet aan de eisen van het bestek.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de uitvoeringsplannen correct worden gevolgd en dat de uitvoering efficiënt, correct, op tijd en binnen het budget verloopt;
- Organiseren van en deelnemen aan werkvergaderingen en overlegvergaderingen op regelmatige en cruciale tijdstippen;
- De verschillende operaties coördineren en opvolgen, in samenwerking met de interne en externe partners;
- Zorgen voor de volledigheid van het werklogboek en naleving van de planning
- Onderhandelen, monitoren, analyseren en evalueren van eventueel meerwerk (amendementen) in samenwerking met de leidend ambtenaar.
- Zorg dragen voor een strikte naleving van de verschillende normen en reglementeringen die van kracht zijn.
- Op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en technische ontwikkelingen op je vakgebied.
- Bijwonen van de opleveringen (voorlopig en definitief) van de werken. Zorgen dat bedrijven hun opmerkingen snel naar voren brengen, zorgen voor de volledigheid van As-Built-dossiers en de correcte doorgifte ervan aan de betrokken afdelingen.
- Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de leidend ambtenaar of zijn superieuren.

**Ter ondersteuning van de verantwoordelijke architect/ingenieur ben je betrokken bij de analyse van projectplannen en uitvoeringsplannen.**
- Je controleert nauwgezet de kwaliteit van het werk van de aannemers. Je controleert de technische fiches en de naleving van de uitvoeringsplannen (standaardplannen, schematische plannen, enkellijnige schema's, meerlijnige schema's, blokschema's, enz.).
- Je meet de werkelijk uitgevoerde hoeveelheden en bewaakt de voortgang, met het oog op een goed gecontroleerd budget.
- Je rapporteert aan de werfverantwoordelijke architect/ingenieur.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in volgende specialisaties: elektriciteit, elektromechanica, elektronica, automatisering.
- Als je je diploma in het buitenland behaalde, moet je in het bezit zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest uitgereikt door de Federatie Wallonië-Brussel om aan de selectie te kunnen deelnemen.- Rijbewijs (B) is vereist.

**Technische competenties**:

- Je beheerst de basis van speciale technieken (elektriciteit, HVAC, vloeistoftechniek) en bent bereid hierin bij te leren.
- Je kan vlot werken met standaard kantoorsoftware (MS Office: Word, Excel en Outlook).
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis van het AREI.

- Je gaat systematisch te werk bij het analyseren van een probleem en je maakt maximaal gebruik van de beschikbare gegevens.
- Je bezit uitstekende luistervaardigheden en bent zeer communicatief. Je kan mondelinge en schriftelijke boodschappen leveren die zijn afgestemd op je publiek.
- Je past je handelen doelgericht aan in geval van wisselende taken en contacten.
- Je hebt een positieve werkhouding en presenteert een gestructureerde aanpak in functie van de te behalen doelstellingen en binnen de gestelde termijnen.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt zin voor initiatief. Je bent in staat om verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd te managen en te monitoren.
- Je bent klantgericht, integer en handelt altijd in het belang van het bedrijf.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook vlot in teamverband en houdt rekening met de wensen, ideeën en meningen van anderen.
- Je bent leergierig (inclusief alle spoorwegregelgeving), krijgt permanente bijscholing en leert nieuwe programma's.
- Je bent occasioneel beschikbaar om 's avonds en/of in het weekend te werken.
