**Senior Project Manager MPP (Manpower Planning)**

**Context**:
Je krijgt de kans om deel te nemen aan grootschalige projecten gericht op het verbeteren van personeelsmanagement binnen het bedrijf, zoals efficiëntie in planning, voorspelling van personeelsbehoeften, of initiatieven voor digitalisering van personeelsbeheerprocessen. Deze nieuwe rol binnen dit dynamische team zal zich in de loop van de tijd ontwikkelen in samenwerking met het talent dat deze rol vervult. Je zult betrokken zijn bij belangrijke projecten zoals de implementatie van een Human Resources Management System gedurende een periode van 1 tot 2 jaar, evenals bij operationele projecten of procesverbeteringen, en bij het schrijven van procedures. Deze rol zal evolueren naar gelang de behoeften en prioriteiten van het bedrijf.

**Rol en verantwoordelijkheden**:
1. Definieer de essentiële projectprocessen:

- Definieer een gedetailleerd scope en beheers de aanpassingen die gedurende het project zullen worden gemaakt.
- Definieer de behoeften van de organisatie en klanten: prioriteer ze en plaats ze binnen een goed uitgewerkt implementatieplan.
- Identificeer belanghebbenden en stel vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheden vast.

2. Ontwikkel en update een gedetailleerd hoogwaardig schema. Zorg ervoor dat deadlines worden gehaald:

- Ontwikkel een plan voor belangrijke fasen.
- Ontwikkel een tijdschema voor de verschillende fasen van het project.

3. Evalueer benodigde middelen op basis van de businesscase:

- Definieer budget, middelen en mankracht en houd u eraan.
- Pas middelen indien nodig aan.

4. Introduceer kwaliteitscontroles en mínimaliseer risico's:

- Definieer kwaliteitsnormen waaraan projectresultaten moeten voldoen.
- Wees verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van resultaten en de uiteindelijke levering van het project.
- Risicobeheer: schat kritieke succesfactoren en risico's in en pak ze aan door het instellen en monitoren van KPI's.

5. Organiseer projecttaken hierarchisch en/of functioneel:

- Moedig teamleden die bij het project betrokken zijn aan en motiveer ze.
- Organiseer de macroplanning van het project en die van de betrokken teamleden en houd deze bij.

6. Lever de benodigde documentatie over projecten aan alle relevante partijen tijdens opeenvolgende fasen:

- Communiceer voortgang.
- Stakeholder management: identificeer betrokken partijen en overweeg potentiële belangenconflicten.
- Betrek stakeholders.

7. Lever het gevraagde projectresultaat en verkrijg acceptatie:

- Lever het project en projectgerelateerde documentatie.
- Evalueer het project als geheel en trek lessen voor de toekomst.

**Jouw Profiel**:

- Solide ervaring in projectmanagement.
- Beheersing van personeelsmanagement.
- Bij voorkeur tweetalig, maar op zijn minst kennis van de tweede taal.
- Teamgeest en vermogen om inhoud en ideeën te genereren.
- Vermogen om effectief te communiceren met alle belanghebbenden, inclusief project
- en teamleden.
- Kennis van projectmanagementprincipes en human resources is een pluspunt.
- Begrip van personeelsmanagementprocessen, planning en tijdelijke werknemers.
- Goede kennis van wetgeving en operationele processen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, inclusief het vermogen om te presenteren voor projectmanagementteams.
- Eerdere ervaring in het zakelijke veld wordt gewaardeerd.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en beheersing van Word en Excel.
- Vermogen om te overtuigen en uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Vereiste ervaring: Minimaal 7 jaar in een soortgelijke functie.
