**Mission**:
Developing an innovative solution for the production of RNA & DNA, and this in a simple, scalable and cost-efficient-way, require several types of raw materials, API's, single use components and/or machines.

To help us in our supplier market approach and sourcing activities, we have released a key position within our Quantoom's organization. We wants to onboard a
**Strategic Sourcing & Partnership Lead.**

This
**Strategic Sourcing & Partnership Lead **will be involved in finding, developing, implementing the right and best sourcing channel/partnership with our external based of current & future suppliers/partners.

Sourcing & Partnership are playing a vital role in ensuring that the right products are sourced at the right price and OTIF (On Time In Full) to support our RNA-DNA business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define in collaboration with our Business Development team, a sourcing roadmap in line with the company strategy, with an end-to-end vision of the overall range of products used like reagents, raw materials, API's, formulation mixes, single uses system and machines, that support the mRNA - DNA Business development and commercialization,
- Secure business continuity by ensuring adequate selection of suppliers that meet quality and quantity requirements, legal and IP constrains (Freedom to Operate) by establishing framework agreements with international strategic suppliers/partners/third parties,
- Develop or extend framework service agreement with strategic business partners,
- Directly manage our international sourcing strategy on a worldwide basis (Eu, Canada, US, China, India,...) to sustain an optimal supply chain who will reach COGS objectives for overall products range,
- Work in intimacy with the Business Development team, as well as with our COO and CEO,
- Partner with key stakeholders across sites to ensure business continuity and procurement, to meet company objectives
- Collaborate strongly and effectively with our business partner from our Univercells's Central Procurement team for delivering high value to our different stakeholders and leverage/empower the team

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong leadership capabilities in an international, complex, and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to drive good supply and service agreements, cost savings with impact on COGS
- Significant experience within various category management preferably in biotech/pharma/life sciences industry or similar
- International experience with Supply Chain impact background
- Provide strong sourcing expertise in tendering, negotiation, contracting
- Customer oriented mindset and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Project Management skills
- University Degree (BSc/MSc) in Business/Economics/Procurement/Laws/Science/ Engineering or similar
- CIPS Level 3 or higher would be an advantage
- Fluent in English - French will be a nice to have
