Food & Feed Safety Regulatory Manager

We are looking for a F**ood and Feed Safety Regulatory Manager **to support our Government affairs department in fulfilling its mission - to manage European policy developments on food & feed safety regulatory aspects and keep the business timely informed on possible changes.
- This role is located in Bunge’s office in Brussels, Belgium. You will report directly to our Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Manager and work in a team with 4 other colleagues (locally) and a much bigger team globally._

Other responsibilities include:
- Management & implementation of European policy developments on product safety within Bunge Europe;
- Strategic reports on short, medium & long-term policy/regulatory emerging risks and opportunities to the oils & fat business;
- Building partnerships with relevant stakeholders and the representatives from the biotech/crop protection companies.
- Bachelor/Mater/PhD in law or science - field of chemistry/biochemistry/agronomy/agri-food/nutrition;
- Good understanding of the EU food and feed regulatory framework;
- Fluent in English, other languages are a plus;
- Knowledge about vegetable oil & fat processes is a plus.
