We are seeking a skilled and motivated E-commerce Site Manager to oversee the operations and performance of our online store specializing in watches and jewelry. As the E-commerce Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Magento-based website, ensuring smooth functionality, optimizing user experience, and driving sales growth. Your technical expertise, knowledge of Magento, and proficiency in online marketing will be crucial in achieving success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce site, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and performance.
- Work closely with our team of developers, providing guidance, managing priorities, and ensuring timely completion of projects and website enhancements.
- Utilize your Magento knowledge to maintain and improve the website's backend processes, including inventory management, order processing, and payment gateways.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features, resolve technical issues, and enhance website functionality.
- Set up and maintain a solid SEO structure for the website, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Potentially hiring the right SEO freelancer.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, traffic sources, and user behavior using analytical tools, and use this data to optimize website performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with our agency managing Google Ads campaigns, providing insights and feedback, and ensuring effective utilization of advertising budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative strategies and solutions to improve the overall performance and profitability of the online store.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce websites, on the Magento platform.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Magento, including backend processes and administration.
- Familiarity with online marketing practices, including SEO, Google Ads, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools to track and analyze website performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a team of developers, freelancers, and agency partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for the e-commerce industry and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.
