**DE JOB**
- De afdeling ‘Sustainability’ van Infrabel is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en het beheer van de initiatieven van de onderneming op het vlak van maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen. Ze werkt nauw samen met de verschillende stakeholders om duurzame en ethische praktijken te promoten en de doelstellingen van de onderneming af te stemmen op de sociale en milieuverwachtingen. Het strategische plan dat ze op basis van deze doelstellingen opstelt, wordt vervolgens vertaald in evoluerende meerjarenplannen in elk van de domeinen die verband houden met CSRD (klimaatneutraliteit, biodiversiteit, pesticidenaanpak, afvalbeheer, circulaire economie, diversiteit & inclusie, verantwoord inkopen, enz.) Elk jaar bepaalt ze in samenwerking met de verschillende afdelingen de prioritaire projecten die onder meer moeten bijdragen tot de vermindering van de ecologische voetafdruk van Infrabel, maar ook tot een continue verbetering op de socio-economische domeinen die onder het CSRD vallen. Ze is verantwoordelijk voor de praktische uitvoering van deze projecten.
Als leider van een team van 15 experts heeft de Sustainability Manager de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bepaalt de strategie, de organisatie en de activiteiten voor duurzame ontwikkeling op middellange en lange termijn, in overeenstemming met de wettelijke verplichtingen en met de algemene strategie van Infrabel inzake duurzaamheid: decarbonisatie, verantwoord aankopen, afvalbeheer, vegetatie, bodembeheer, lawaai, energie, menselijke gezondheid, diversiteit en inclusie, enz,
- Concreet en in nauwe samenwerking met alle diensten van Infrabel voer je de verschillende projecten uit die het mogelijk moeten maken om de vastgelegde strategische doelstellingen te bereiken.
- In samenwerking met alle betrokken partijen stel je rapporten/analyses op over de impact en de prestaties van de onderneming op het vlak van duurzame ontwikkeling, om zowel intern als extern op een transparante en betrouwbare manier te kunnen communiceren over de acties die Infrabel onderneemt.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de publicatie van het jaarlijkse duurzaamheidsverslag (CSRD). In dit kader begeleid je de verandering op dit vlak en zorg je voor de nodige ondersteuning binnen Infrabel. Je zorgt ook voor de nodige ondersteuning van de verschillende departementen zodat zij ten volle rekening kunnen houden met de rapporteringselementen die van hen verwacht worden en om een doeltreffende en efficiënte gegevensverzameling te garanderen.
- Je geeft leiding aan en neemt deel aan de ontwikkeling van een team van duurzaamheidsexperts. Daartoe moedig je hen aan om voortdurend de vaardigheden te verwerven die essentieel zijn voor deze missie en werk je aan een positieve en coöperatieve werksfeer.
- Als leider belichaam en stimuleer je een cultuur van initiatief en constante verbetering binnen je team, waarbij je diensten, procedures en processen optimaliseert. Als zodanig ben je een belangrijke speler in het teweegbrengen van gewenste veranderingen.
- Je staat in contact met belangrijke externe spelers en sensibiliseert hen om de belangen van Infrabel op het vlak van duurzaamheid te verdedigen.
- Je fungeert als tussenpersoon tussen de strategie voor duurzame ontwikkeling van de organisatie en de eisen van de verschillende klanten. Je identificeert hun behoeften en helpt hen deze te vertalen in hun algemene strategie om ervoor te zorgen dat de visie van Infrabel wordt geïmplementeerd.
- Je implementeert een auditplan en ondersteunt milieu-inspecties. Dit houdt in dat je milieuvergunningen en -inspecties beheert, zorgt voor de afhandeling van klachten en zorgt voor de nodige verslaglegging, zowel intern als aan de relevante autoriteiten, om ervoor te zorgen dat de milieuwetgeving wordt nageleefd.
- Je vertegenwoordigt Infrabel extern als expert.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma of je kan gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen. Een specialisatie in milieubeheer, milieucoördinatie of een milieu-/CSR-gerichte opleiding is vereist.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring in een functie waarbij je milieuthema’s opvolgde.
- Je hebt een aantoonbare eerste ervaring in peoplemanagement.
- Kennis van milieubeheer en -wetgeving is vereist. In het bijzonder de norm ISO 14001.
- Je hebt ervaring met budgetbeheer en het maken van strategische en organisatorische keuzes.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal. Een gemiddeld niveau van Engels is ook vereist.
- Je hebt al een veranderingsbeleid in goede banen geleid en bent in staat om dit soort processen te ondersteunen.
- Je houdt de te behalen globale resultaten voor ogen en kunt deze vertalen naar concrete acties die moeten worden uitgevoerd om de resultaten te bereiken.
- Je hebt onderhandelingservaring en kunt sterke en relevante argumenten gebruiken om je gesprekspartners te overtuigen.
