De afdeling Commercial & Operational planning is onderdeel van de afdeling Flight Planning en is verantwoordelijk voor de operationele planning van TUI fly. De afdeling functioneert als spin in het web en stemt de operationele vereisten en de commerciële wensen op elkaar af binnen de kaders van de wettelijke regelgeving, de standaard van TUI fly en binnen de grenzen van kostenbeheersing en efficiency. Als Commercial & Operational planner draag jij bij tot het realiseren van een optimale vluchtplanning, het optimaliseren van de eigen activa en capaciteit van derden. Daarnaast zorg je voor voldoende input van vlucht operaties, productie en resultaats-analyse teneinde de TUI BENE (België en Nederland) doelstellingen te behalen. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de head of commercial & operational planning.
OVER DE FUNCTIE
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse vluchtplanning activiteiten met als doel een optimaal vluchtschema te bewerkstelligen; evenals scenario’s en alternatieven te bedenken ten behoeve van de commerciële en organisatorische doeleinden;
- Je staat in voor het uittekenen van een vluchtplanning op korte en middellange termijn om zo de beschikbare vlucht optimaal te kunnen inzetten;
- Je draagt bij aan het plannen van alle operationele activiteiten in samenwerking met het operationeel planningsteam;
- Je specialiseert je in de nodige vergunningen (landing permits, overflight permits etc.);
- Je zorgt voor het verkrijgen van airport slots, landingsrechten en vergunningen. Uiteindelijke doel is het bewaken van historische rechten om de slots te vrijwaren naar de toekomst;
- Je levert een bijdrage aan het optimaal aanwenden, inrichten en toepassen van de flightplanning gerelateerde systemen;
- Je onderhoudt contacten met alle interne en externe betrokken partijen omtrent vliegschema’s en wijzigingen daarin.
OVER JOU
- Je hebt een afgeronde relevante Bachelor opleiding, bij voorkeur richting luchtvaart, logistiek of bedrijfskunde; of je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal;
- Je hebt oog voor detail en je bent analytisch aangelegd ook ben je goed in scenario denken;
- Je bent kritisch, neemt geen genoegen met een simpel ja of nee en presteert goed onder hoge druk;
- Je bent een echte teamplayer;
- Standplaats is Oostende; volgens TUI policy zijn we 2x per week op kantoor.
