En tant que technicien après vente, vous serez responsable de l'installation, la réparation et la maintenance de lave-vaisselle industriels dans la région entre Bruxelles et Anvers.

**Fonction**:
En tant que technicien SAV, vous aurez un large éventail de responsabilités techniques et travaillerez chaque jour en tant qu'ambassadeur pour fournir le meilleur service aux clients à Bruxelles et Anvers. Les clients sont des cuisines industrielles (p. ex. restaurant d'autoroute).
- Vous effectuez des interventions techniques planifiées chez les clients de la région
- Vous êtes responsable des installations, de la mise en service, de l'entretien préventif et correctif
- Vous assurez la formation des utilisateurs chez les clients
- Vous donnez également des conseils techniques sur l'utilisation des machines et des produits
- Vous rendez compte des activités réalisées via la plateforme de service numérique

**Profil et compétences**:

- Vous avez une formation technique en électricité ou en électromécanique ou une expérience équivalente
- Vous parlez couramment le français - avec une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais Vous avez une expérience équivalenteVous êtes familier avec la planification des services et les outils numériques
- Vous avez une attitude positive et vous êtes motivé et orienté vers les objectifs
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication et une attitude conviviale à l'égard des clients
