Internal Auditor

European focused Group is looking for an internal auditor to join their team in Brussels.
The focus of the work will be quite varied but mostly you will be doing operational and business focused audit projects across Western Europe. Travel will be only for a short duration (ie 2 / 3 days at a time).
You will report to the Internal Audit Director and work in a small but ambitious team of auditors.
The Internal Auditor role is there to identify the risks, assess the internal controls, review the compliance with the company policies and procedures and ensure continuous auditing with a risk-based approach and through data mining and analytics.
You will also get involved in contributing to a timely reporting of the audit results to Management and the Audit Committee. As well as contribute to the development of the risk optimization and core operational targets of the group.
A good English level is required for this role as all the reporting will be done in English.
A reasonable level of French OR Dutch would be ideal when doing audits in Netherlands Belgium and France etc. as well as covering other locations around Western Europe.
