**training specialist** sta je in voor het
**beheer **en de
**implementatie** van de verschillende
**opleidingsprocessen**. Je zorgt voor een adequate behoeftenanalyse, werkt het jaarlijkse opleidingsplan uit en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van alle opleidingen. Daarnaast beheer je ook de corporate e-learning platformen en volg je het onboarding proces voor nieuwe medewerkers op van begin tot einde.
**Takenpakket**:
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk** voor de **uitwerking** van het** training & learning proces**, van behoefteanalyse over implementatie tot resultaatsanalyse van de trainingen.
- Je **identificeert** de **opleidingsbehoeften en -verwachtingen** en vult lacunes in het opleidingsaanbod aan.
- Je **analyseert** de **KPI’s** om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de opleidingen te monitoren en eventuele verbeterpunten te implementeren en actieplannen uit te werken.
- Je zorgt voor een **correcte praktische organisatie** van de **opleidingen**: materiaal, vergaderzalen, uitnodigingen, lunches, certificaten,...
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk** voor het **ontwikkelen en uitvoeren** van het **leadership trainingsprogramma** en voert de trainingen geïnitieerd door de hoofdzetel uit (Training App, LinkedIn Learning, Growing at AGP, AGP Academy,...)
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk **voor de **ontwikkeling **en **uitvoering **van het **jaarlijkse training plan**.
- Je **houdt de vinger aan de pols **en blijft op de hoogte van** ontwikkelingen in training, methodologieën, technologische verbeteringen, e-learnings, opleidingsplatformen,... **Je bent ook vertrouwd om opleidingen te geven via verschillende digitale tools (mentimeter, Kahoot,...)
- Je bereidt de dossiers voor subsidieaanvragen bij verschillende lokale overheden & organisaties (Cevora, VBO,...) voor. Daarnaast zorg je ook voor het voorzien van alle informatie voor de verschillende audits met betrekking tot training & learning (opleidingsplan, documenten, tevredenheidsonderzoek, doeltreffendheidsonderzoek, vaardigheidsmaatrix,...)
- Je **staat in contact met verschillende opleidingsinstituten** (bvb. Cevora) waarbij je op basis van de opleidingsbehoeften en het opleidingsaanbod de beste opleiding selecteert.**Jouw profiel**:
- Je kan rekenen op een **drietal jaar ervaring** in een **gelijkaardige functie** binnen HR, waarbij de nadruk lag op opleidingen.
- Idealiter heb je** ervaring** binnen een **internationale (productie)omgeving**.
- Je beschikt over een **bachelor
- of masterdiploma** in een HR- of bedrijfsmanagement gerelateerde richting.
- Je **beheerst** het** Nederlands en het Engels** op een professionele manier, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je kan **zeer vlot overweg** met **MS Office** (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) en kan vlot data (KPI’s) verwerken en analyseren.
- Je hebt **ervaring met deelname aan audits** (bvb. IATF, ISO,...)
- Je bent een **uitstekende communicator**, werkt probleemoplossend en planmatig en kan vlot prioriteiten stellen.
