**About the role**
As IT Application Support - ERP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the support on our current ERP solution and our new integration with SAP and Planisware.
**Your responsibilities will be**:
- You work on the development of best practices and additional help tools in accordance with the business responsible
- You assist in ensuring operational and compliance with company’s policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines
- You maintain user/license management for Planisware and SAP
- You manage the ERP support with the suppliers to ensure high quality support
- You follow up on the new releases
**About you**
***Are you our new colleague with independent work skills, and a service and quality-oriented attitude? You are a reliable person as you will be dealing with confidential information. You have excellent organizational and administrative skills. Furthermore, the ability to switch between different levels and having good communication skills are important. Lastly, problem-solving is at the forefront of your mind.
**Needed education and background to be successful in the role**:
- Bachelor's or Master degree or relevant experience in IT
- 3+ years’ experience in an IT support role.
- Experience working with SAP
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Office365
- Keen attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly and easily
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to transfer knowledge in a structured way
- Work well within a team
- Able to understand the end users
