**Wat ga je doen?**:
I-mens is een ambitieus zorgbedrijf en een echte "multi-product" organisatie: wij combineren onder één dak zowel thuisverpleging, gezins
- en bejaardenhulp, poetshulp, woonzorgcentra, kinderopvang, vrijwilligerswerk en nog veel meer.
Als IT Product Owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het applicatiemanagement:
- Je ontwikkelt en communiceert een duidelijke productvisie, gebaseerd op de interne klantbehoeften, en bepaalt samen met stakeholders de roadmap en strategische richting van de applicaties.
- Je beheert en prioriteert de product backlog, inclusief het schrijven van user stories en acceptatiecriteria.
- Je volgt de markttrends en ontwikkelingen bij andere organisaties en stelt nieuwe oplossingen voor.
- Je onderhandelt met leveranciers van externe applicaties.
- Je overlegt proactief met collega’s en stakeholders over people management, budget en planning.
Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte informatiedoorstroom met interne en externe klanten:
- Je communiceert proactief met interne klanten over releases, support, testing en training.
- Je overlegt continu met de ICT-managers en collega's om de dienstverlening te optimaliseren.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt samenwerkingen en relaties met externe partners.
Verder zorg je ervoor dat ontwikkelingen aan de applicaties kwalitatief en efficiënt verlopen door:
- een development
- en releaseplan op te stellen en op te volgen voor interne projecten
- te zorgen voor kwalitatieve en efficiënte ontwikkelingen binnen de afgesproken architectuur en technologiestack
- de efficiënte dagelijkse support en onderhoud van de applicaties te bewaken.
Tenslotte stuur je de stakeholders en het team aan:
- Je werkt samen met de interne en externe stakeholders om hun behoeften en verwachtingen te begrijpen en de nodige feedback te verzamelen.
- Je werkt actief mee aan de werkverdeling en personeelsplanning.
- Je doet suggesties op vlak van personeelsbeleid binnen het team.
- Je begeleidt en motiveert het developmentteam bij de uitvoering van de projecten. Je bespreekt met hen de stand van zaken, eventuele problemen en de voortgang van projecten.
**Wat voor iemand zoeken we?**:
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma in een relevante richting (ICT) of je hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring als product owner of project manager.
- IT kennis en ervaring is een must.
- Specifieke vakkennis:
- Kennis van Agile-methodologieën
- Tools voor projectmanagement
- Kennis van softwareontwikkeling en IT-architectuur
- Kennis van applicatiemanagement, inclusief product lifecycle en roadmapbeheer
- Je bent vaardig in het opstellen van user stories, acceptatiecriteria en het prioriteren van backlogs.
- Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven en het motiveren en aansturen van een team.
- Je bent sterk in stakeholder management en legt makkelijk contacten met personen op alle niveaus binnen een organisatie.
- Je behoudt steeds het overzicht en kan de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent een proactieve communicator.
- Je hebt een klantvriendelijke attitude, ook voor interne klanten.
- Je hebt goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
**Waarom werken bij i-mens?**:
Met zorg verlonen we je naargelang je kennis, werk en competenties met een motiverend salarispakket:
- We bieden jou een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur (36u/week).

- Startdatum: te bespreken in onderling overleg.
- Plaats van tewerkstelling: Tramstraat 61, 9052 Zwijnaarde, maar ook andere locaties van i-mens zijn bespreekbaar. Je bent bereid om je minimum 1x/week te verplaatsen naar Zwijnaarde.
- Je kan intekenen op een bedrijfswagen (die je tevens privé kan gebruiken) of een gratis fietslease.
- Je ontvangt een representatievergoeding van €125/maand.
- Je ontvangt maaltijdcheques per gewerkte dag (€6).
- Je woon-werk verkeer met de trein wordt volledig vergoed door de werkgever. Voor andere vervoersmiddelen wordt een tussenkomst voorzien, net als voor parkeeronkosten.
- Je valt onder een voordelig verlofstelsel met leeftijdsverlof.
- Wij bieden de mogelijkheid om in te tekenen op een voordelige hospitalisatieverzekering.
- Je hebt recht op een 13de maand.
- Als personeelslid ontvang je kortingen bij meer dan 3600 bedrijven in heel België
