Product Reliability Technician

Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese outstanding company and worldwide the biggest developer, producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.

Job content

You will be integrated in a project team where you will be responsible for the practical arrangements and the support for the product validation engineers:
- Foresee, maintain all equipment for a test and install them (power meter, camera’s, data cables, sensors, ).- Execute validation tests e.g. structure, electrical safety based on work instructions and check lists.- Assist in evaluating serviceability, ease of use, installation feasibility.- Plan, follow up and assist test setups in our test rooms.- Assist our improvement teams to enhance efficiency of development tests.- Maintain work instruction system and project files to guarantee knowledge sharing and growth.

Profile- You obtained your bachelor degree in a technical domain such as Electromechanics, or you have obtained your secondary degree within a technical specialization topped off with proven work experience.- You have a hands-on mentality and have an analytical, quality-focused mindset.- You are driven to achieve the objectives successfully together with your team.- You have the ability to react efficiently to occurring changes and problems.- You are a team player and are not afraid to communicate with different departments throughout the entire organization.- You have a very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of another European language is an asset.
