**De afdeling**:
Het EMEA Development Control maakt deel uit van het European Development Center. De verantwoordelijkheid van de EMEA Development Control-afdeling is om de nodige ondersteuning te bieden aan onze development groups.

Dit omvat het volgende:

- Planning en opstellen van de vereisten voor nieuwe ontwikkelingsprojecten
- Planning en opvolging van alle middelen (budget, mankracht)
- monitoren, visualiseren en rapporteren van de planning en uitvoering van ontwikkelingsprojecten
- Interne processen en systemen garanderen en verbeteren
- Creeren van installatie
- en gebruikersinstructies voor onze producten
- Learing en communiction in alle development groups.

**De functie**:

- Je speelt een **strategische rol **en richt je op het grotere geheel van het verbeteren van de processen en tools voor Product Lifecycle Management binnen Daikin EDC. Je bepaalt de visie en digital roadmap.
- Je fungeert als **projectleider voor PLM-gerelateerde projecten,** onder andere de **coördinatie **van teamleden uit verschillende disciplines zodat a alle partijen voldoen aan de projectvereisten, deadlines en planningen. Als eerste project neem je de leiding in de migratie van onze huidige tools voor Engineering Change Management naar PLM Teamcenter met Siemens NX.
- Je f**ungeert als brug** tussen de business users, de IT-analisten, de softwareleverancier, de softwareondersteuningspartner en ons moederbedrijf DIL (Daikin Industries Ltd.) in Japan. Nauwe samenwerking met onze productie-eenheden is een must. Je bouwt je netwerk en vertrouwensrelaties op met alle betrokken partijen en belanghebbenden.
- Je **analyseert **de user resuests, verbeteringsvoorstellen en incidenten met het oog op continue optimalisatie van de systeemconfiguratie (PLM-projecten en/of PLM change request).

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond in information technology, Business Analytics, Toegepaste Economie of Business engineering;
- Je hebt ervaring/kennis met PLM Teamcenter; ervaring/kennis van PDM/CAD-software is een pluspunt
- Je hebt een analytische mindset met interesse in systemen, planning, processen en IT;
- Je hebt interesse en/of vaardigheden op het gebied van project
- en verandermanagement;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent vloeiend in het Engels, kennis van een andere Europese taal is een pluspunt.
