As our business is continuously growing, we are looking at expanding our Marketing and Communication team with an experienced **Product Marketeer **. Could this be you? Let us give you some more context.
What kind of company is Sofico, you ask? Good question Sofico is a **software company **where everyone works with our own **ERP-software **package. Whether it is consulting, developing or the architecture around it, we have in-house expertise. You would be working in the HQ in Ghent, but we have no less than 9 other offices worldwide. Next to our main software package, we are actively expanding our product portfolio with SaaS based solutions.
Our ERP-software is called **'Miles' **and is meant for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It's an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid
- and back-office functions that can be extensively configured to the customers' needs. Our customers are leasing and finance companies, and mobility management companies in the **automotive sector **.
As a **Product Marketeer **you define how to bring our products to market (e.g., pricing and product launching) and actively **research **the market for business needs and trends, **translating **these to product fits and functionalities.
Still very vague, right? Let's get into some more detail. You:
- Translate product features and functionalities to marketing essentials (e.g., USP's, value propositions, personas,.).
- Regularly execute **stakeholder interviews **with customers and partners.
- Facilitate marketing initiatives to support **product launches **and **release updates **.
- Safeguard internal alignment on **product understanding **.
- **Analyze **competitors, customer behavior and feedback, and product statistics to determine the right actions to permanently increase **engagement and usage **.
You collaborate with **internal and external stakeholders **, such as product development, fellow marketeers and creative agencies to take products to market. You report to the Marketing Lead. Finally, you will be part of a **small but energetic **Marketing and Communication team where everyone has his or her own expertise

With your strong **interpersonal skills, **you successfully network at different levels. You easily bring people together through your expertise and enthusiasm, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues).
You work **independently **and have excellent **presentation and communication skills, as you **will articulate complex ideas to all levels of the organization. Next to that, you are the proud owner of a creative and analytical mindset and meticulous **organizational **and **time **management **skills.
What else is expected:
- Understanding of and previous experience in **B2B **SaaS offering **and enterprise software.
- Experience in **market analysis **.
- **Project management **skills.
- Experience with product marketing **tactics **.
- Excellent **English **speaking and writing skills. Any other language is a plus.
- Knowledge of software for **finance **is a plus.
