- Wij zoeken een **Teamleader op het project Johnson & Johnson** in Gent, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het beheer van het multitechnisch onderhoudscontract (elektriciteit, HVAC) en het waarborgen van optimale prestaties en klanttevredenheid. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het opbouwen van een sterke structuur voor het onderhoudsproces en het uitbreiden van de dienstverlening naar onze klant.
**Jouw missie?**
- **beheer van het onderhoudscontract**: Je zorgt voor een effectief beheer van het multitechnisch onderhoudscontract, inclusief planning, uitvoering en rapportage van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten
- **structuur brengen**: Je implementeert gestandaardiseerde processen en procedures om een consistente en efficiënte uitvoering van onderhoudsdiensten te waarborgen. Je stelt aan de hand van de aanvragen via het ticketsysteem de nodige prioriteiten voorop
- **team leiden en coachen**: Je stuurt een team van onderhoudsprofessionals aan, biedt leiderschap en coaching om de prestaties en ontwikkeling van het team te bevorderen. Je gaat actief mee op de werkvloer en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig
- **open communicatie**: Je bent samen met jouw team het gezicht van Equans bij onze klant Johnson & Johnson. Je kent de site (op termijn natuurlijk) door en door en denkt mee na over langetermijnoplossingen

- je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma met focus op elektriciteit en/of HVAC
- je hebt een eerste ervaring als leidinggevende en wil deze gebruiken om structuur te brengen in dit nieuwe onderhoudscontract en alle facilitaire processen
- je bent in staat om strategische relaties op te bouwen met de klant
- je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
- je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt goede kennis van het Engels
