As **Group Tax Manager** you manage the tax affairs of the company and you ensure compliance with legislation and regulations and provide strategic advice to the business

**Taken**:

- You **supervise** the tax affairs of the company, including corporate tax, DTA, VAT and other indirect taxes.
- You provide **strategic tax advice** to the business and other departments, such as accounting, controlling, legal and the tax responsibilities in all subsidiaries, to ensure that tax issues are identified and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- You prepare and organize the group** tax practice for Pillar 2**.
- You review, update and safeguard the Group’s **Transfer Pricing Policy** and ensure the necessary **compliance** requirements in all tax jurisdictions.
- You identify and monitor the **tax incentives** and other potential grants throughout the entire Group.
- You **implement systems and processes** to monitor and mitigate identified taxation risks.
- You **represent the company** in discussions with tax authorities, external advisors and other (external) stakeholders.

**Profiel**:

- You have a degree in an economic domain and **at least 7 years **of experience in tax, preferably in a **managerial position** and **international environment**.
- You have a strong technical knowledge of **tax legislation and regulations**, such as corporate tax, DTA, VAT and other indirect taxes.
- You have strong **analytical** skills and are a **problem-solver**.
- You are able to work well under pressure and **meet deadlines**.
- You have a strong attention to **detail**.
- You are fluent in **English**. Knowledge of **Dutch** is a plus.
