Group Tax Manager

As **Group Tax Manager** you manage the tax affairs of La Lorraine Bakery Group.
You ensure compliance with legislation and regulations and provide strategic advice to the business.
You bring vision and structure to have a real impact on our future tax landscape.
You are part of the Corporate Finance department in **Ninove**. Limited occasional **travel** is part of the job.
You report to the Group Accounting Director.
**Your **f**unction****:
- You **supervise** the tax affairs of the company, including corporate tax, DTA, VAT and other indirect taxes.- You provide **strategic tax advice** to the business and other departments, such as accounting, controlling, legal and the tax responsibilities in all subsidiaries, to ensure that tax issues are identified and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.- You prepare and organize the group** tax practice for Pillar 2**.- You review, update and safeguard the Group’s **Transfer Pricing Policy** and ensure the necessary **compliance** requirements in all tax jurisdictions.- You identify and monitor the **tax incentives** and other potential grants throughout the entire Group.- You **implement systems and processes** to monitor and mitigate identified taxation risks.- You **represent the company** in discussions with tax authorities, external advisors and other (external) stakeholders.
**Your **p**rofile**:
- You have a degree in an economic domain and **at least 7 years **of experience in tax, preferably in a **managerial position** and **international environment**.- You have a strong technical knowledge of **tax legislation and regulations**, such as corporate tax, DTA, VAT and other indirect taxes.- You have strong **analytical** skills and are a **problem-solver**.- You are able to work well under pressure and **meet deadlines**.- You have a strong attention to **detail**.- You are fluent in **English**. Knowledge of **Dutch** is a plus.
