Group Tax Manager- As
- **Group Tax Manager** you manage the tax affairs of La Lorraine Bakery Group.
- You ensure compliance with legislation and regulations and provide strategic advice to the business.
- You bring vision and structure to have a real impact on our future tax landscape.
- You are part of the Corporate Finance department in
- **Ninove**. Limited occasional
- **travel** is part of the job.
- You report to the Group Accounting Director.**Your **f**unction****:
- You
- **supervise** the tax affairs of the company, including corporate tax, DTA, VAT and other indirect taxes.
You provide
- **strategic tax advice** to the business and other departments, such as accounting, controlling, legal and the tax responsibilities in all subsidiaries, to ensure that tax issues are identified and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
You prepare and organize the group
- ** tax practice for Pillar 2**.
You review, update and safeguard the Group’s
- **Transfer Pricing Policy** and ensure the necessary
- **compliance** requirements in all tax jurisdictions.
You identify and monitor the
- **tax incentives** and other potential grants throughout the entire Group.
You
- **implement systems and processes** to monitor and mitigate identified taxation risks.
You
- **represent the company** in discussions with tax authorities, external advisors and other (external) stakeholders.
**Your **p**rofile**:
- You have a degree in an economic domain and
- **at least 7 years **of experience in tax, preferably in a
- **managerial position** and
- **international environment**.
You have a strong technical knowledge of
- **tax legislation and regulations**, such as corporate tax, DTA, VAT and other indirect taxes.
You have strong
- **analytical** skills and are a
- **problem-solver**.
You are able to work well under pressure and
- **meet deadlines**.
You have a strong attention to
- **detail**.
You are fluent in
- **English**. Knowledge of
- **Dutch** is a plus.
