Binnen DVV Verzekeringen zorgt de Directie Distributie & Transformation Office voor de goede werking van de DVV-agentschappen die op zelfstandige basis werken en exclusief DVV-producten en -diensten aanbieden.

Binnen de commerciële omkadering van deze directie zijn we op zoek naar een Business Insurance Expert om onze groeiambities mee te ondersteunen voor de regio NO (voornamelijk de provincies Antwerpen, Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant).

Als Business Insurance Expert voor de betrokken regio zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende DVV consulenten en hun medewerkers op het terrein evolueren zodat ze steeds meer autonoom kunnen functioneren op vlak van het onderschrijven en accepteren van business verzekeringen. Zelf blijf je de specialist die meer complexe dossiers tot een goed einde kan brengen en concrete problemen in belangrijke dossiers kan oplossen. Je bent tot slot verantwoordelijke voor de realisatie van de businessobjectieven van je regio.

**Job Description**:
- Het coachen van de DVV-consulenten op vlak van het verwerven van nieuwe klanten en uitbouwen van bestaande klanten binnen het Business segment.-
- Het begeleiden van de DVV-consulenten en hun medewerkers met het doel om de noodzakelijke technisch-commerciële competenties te verhogen binnen de kantoren.-
- Voorzien van technisch-commerciële input & opvolging van KPI’s.-
- Ondersteuning bieden in het acceptatie & tarificatieproces van eenvoudige risico’s Business op technisch en commercieel vlak.-
- Aanspreekpunt bij vragen/noden/problemen in kader van een integrale Business werking (presales, sales en after-sales).-
- Individuele en collectieve verkoopsbegeleiding geven (bv. seminar selling, field coaching, technisch-commerciële opleiding, Business Clubs,);-
- Het evalueren en al dan niet aanvaarden van eenvoudige activiteiten Business op technisch en commercieel vlak volgens de opgestelde acceptatiepolitiek zodat de juiste risico’s weerhouden worden en een concurrentieel voorstel kan gedaan worden aan de klant of tussenpersoon. Dit zowel voor Non-Life als Life producten.-
- Het realiseren van de dossiers samen met de DVV consulenten, eventueel tot bij de eindklant.-
- Het opvolgen van de vooruitgang van de toegewezen consulenten tot het behalen van het Business label.-
- Het onderhouden van regelmatige contacten met verschillende stakeholders die nodig zijn om de dossiers af te werken: Customer Service Life en Non-Life, productmanagement en verzekeringsconsulenten.-
- De samenwerking met de Accountmanagers van DVV Verzekeringen optimaliseren en proactief een trekkende rol opnemen voor het business segment.-
- De samenwerking met de Business Insurance Experts van andere regio’s optimaliseren.-
- Samen met de andere Business Insurance Experts een ‘specialisten’-taak vervullen op vlak van een aantal Business-product domeinen en hierover een excellente communicatie/informatie-rol vervullen tav de teams van Accountmanagers.-
- Het uitbouwen van je netwerk binnen en buiten DVV Verzekeringen.**Wat mag je van ons verwachten?**:

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je hebt minstens niet-universitair hoger onderwijs doorlopen in een juridische, financiële of economisch richting. Of je hebt een aantoonbare gelijkwaardige ervaring. Een opleiding in verzekeringswezen is een extra troef.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring binnen Business verzekeringen als field-underwriter en/of als commercieel.
- Je hebt bewezen dat je commerciële skills in praktijk gebruikt en je bent heel sterk gericht op de klant.
- Je bent een goede onderhandelaar die de verschillende belangen (klant, rendabiliteit, groei) in evenwicht kan brengen.
- Je hebt een goede verzekeringstechnische kennis in verschillende takken die voorkomen in het Business segment.
- Je bent een goede coach, bij voorkeur in een commerciële omgeving.
- Tot slot ben je goed tweetalig Nederlands/Frans zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
