We zijn op zoek naar een Juridisch Expert om zich bij het EJE-team (Juridisch Expertise) van 6 medewerkers aan te sluiten. Als Juridisch Expert ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van aanbevelingen, het opstellen van juridische documenten en het verstrekken van juridisch advies op het gebied van Non-Life Retail Insurance. Jij brengt jouw juridische expertise in bij verschillende interne klanten: enerzijds de operationele teams van Underwriting, Claims en Insurance Procurement, en anderzijds de teams van Offer Retail, Compliance & Privacy, en Internal Control.
Jouw taken:
- Jij houdt juridisch toezicht door dagelijks de informatie en publicaties van het Belgische Staatsblad te volgen en de regelgeving te analyseren (inclusief parlementaire projecten/werkzaamheden op federaal, regionaal en Europees niveau).
- Jij volgt en analyseert jurisprudentie en stelt deze beschikbaar voor de betrokken teams.
- Jij verzamelt maandelijks juridische informatie voor verschillende afdelingen over wetswijzigingen en jurisprudentiële ontwikkelingen.
- Jij brengt jouw juridische expertise in voor externe klantenvragen.
- Jij verstrekt juridisch advies aan managers en projectleiders van operationele teams (Underwriting en Claims), evenals voor het opstellen, herzien en beëindigen van leverancierscontracten of andere juridische documenten voor de teams Insurance Procurement en Claims Solutions.
- Jij identificeert operationele risico's en doet verbetervoorstellen voor processen.
- Jij schrijft instructienota's op basis van wet
- en regelgeving voor managers, evenals gidsen en trainingen.
- Jij helpt de teams van Offer Retail bij het opstellen van algemene voorwaarden.
- Jij handelt als eerste aanspreekpunt voor Compliance, Privacy en GDPR-zaken.
- Jij geeft juridisch advies over grensoverschrijdende onderwerpen.
**Jouw Profiel**
- Jij hebt een masterdiploma in de Rechten. Een specialisatie in verzekeringen is een groot pluspunt.
- Jij hebt 5 tot 7 jaar professionele ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Jij spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans en hebt een goede kennis van de andere nationale taal.
- Jij bent vertrouwd met tools zoals Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint.
- Jij bent een teamspeler, hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent pragmatisch.
- Jij hebt een gestructureerde aanpak en kunt prioriteiten stellen en deadlines halen.
- Jij kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt een teamgeest.
- Jij deelt graag jouw kennis en ervaring.
