Onze visie
In een autolandschap dat voortdurend verandert, gedreven door technologische verbeteringen en veranderingen in de behoeften en het gedrag van klanten ten aanzien van auto's, werkt d’Ieteren Mobility Company, de holding boven het retailnetwerk dat eigendom is van D'Ieteren, aan de evolutie van zijn rol in het toekomstige mobiliteitsecosysteem en de aanpassing van zijn bedrijfsmodel.
Om haar doelstellingen te bereiken, verbindt D’Ieteren Mobility Company een gemeenschap van complementaire dealers in België, waaronder Jennes. Het bedrijf promoot, ondersteunt en verbindt dealers en initiatieven. Het stimuleert ook het delen van kennis en innovatie binnen het netwerk.
Over Jennes
Jennes is al meer dan 60 jaar het toonaangevend dealerbedrijf in Vlaams Brabant. Kwaliteit en klantvriendelijkheid dragen wij hoog in het vaandel. Sinds begin dit jaar maakt Jennes deel uit van D’ieteren Mobility Company.
Om ons financieel team te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Controller.
Functie
Als Financial Controller gespecialiseerd in automotive speel je een sleutelrol in de financiële analyse en het performance management van onze business. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van belangrijke financiële informatie, diepgaande analyses en strategische aanbevelingen ter ondersteuning van de genomen beslissingen en het optimaliseren van de activiteiten van dit specifieke marktsegment.
Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren
Financiële analyse qua verkoop, kosten, marges, voorraad, uitgaven,
Opstellen en opvolgen van financiële prognoses en budgetten rekening houdend met verkoopdoelstellingen, operationele kosten, marges,Je identificeert trends en afwijkingen en formuleert voorstellen met het oog op kostenoptimalisatie en het verbeteren van onze rendabiliteit.
Voorbereiden en presenteren van periodieke financiële rapporten, (prestatiedashboards, winstanalyse,).
Ontwikkelen en opvolgen van KPI’s voor de afdeling tweedehandswagens en Wonderservice te beoordelen.
In deze functie werk je nauw samen met verschillende diensten, verkoop, marketing, aftersales en logistiek, om de specifieke uitdagingen van de tweedehandsmarkt te begrijpen en te komen met oplossingen om onze resultaten te verbeteren
Profiel
Universitair diploma in financiën, boekhouding of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
Meer dan 5 jaar ervaring qua business controlling of finance (audit of consultancy), bij voorkeur in de wereld van automobiel.
Diepgaande kennis van boekhoudprincipes, financiële analyse en beheertools. Je bent sterk in het analyseren van gegevens en financiële modellen.
Communicatief sterk - je slaagt erin om complexe financiële gegevens te presenteren aan een breed publiek
Resultaatgericht, in staat om zelfstandig te werken en meerdere prioriteiten te beheren.
U spreekt Nederlands en hebt een degelijke kennis Frans, dit zowel mondeling als geschreven. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
Beheersing van standaard IT-tools (Office, Sharepoint,...). Kennis van Power BI en specifieke tools in de auto-industrie (Venice, Expert, Driver, Targit, Combo,...) is een belangrijk pluspunt
