As the **Lead Data Analyst & Visualisation Developer** for the **IAM (Identity and Access Management) 2.0 Program**, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-related features for this security initiative. Working closely with the Lead Data Architect and Lead Data Engineer, you will focus on analyzing, developing, and implementing data solutions across multiple project streams. Your work will ensure that critical access data is integrated, managed, and visualized effectively, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and performance.
Your responsibilities will include **data analysis**, **ETL processes**, and creating **data visualizations** using **PowerBI** to provide meaningful insights (e.g., KPIs). You will also manage the enterprise data dictionary and ensure that new and existing data is correctly mapped and utilized. In addition, you will contribute to the broader IAM program, potentially working on long-term regulatory projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth **data analysis** to identify golden data sources and ensure data integrity, consistency, and automation.
- Manage **ETL processes**, ensuring timely and accurate movement of data.
- Develop **data models**, including context diagrams and entity relationship diagrams, to support IAM features.
- Use **Collibra** to map new and existing data attributes within the enterprise data dictionary.
- Design, develop, and test **PowerBI dashboards** that visualize key insights and KPIs.
- Document technical solutions (high-level design, functional and technical design) and obtain approvals from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on business and IT needs.
- Conduct **testing**, obtain sign-offs, and provide support during the migration to production environments.
- Prepare training materials, perform knowledge sharing, and support **operational handovers**.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential **security risks** and exposures during analysis and design phases, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that solutions are designed with **automation** and **security** in mind, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Work alongside other projects with dependencies on IAM systems and ensure alignment with regulatory compliance.
- Provide **warranty support** after launch, including handling bug fixes and change requests.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **5+ years** of experience in **business analysis** with a focus on data (SQL, advanced Excel).
- **3+ years** of experience in **Data Architecture**, **Data Modelling**, and **Data Engineering**.
- **3+ years** of experience with data dictionary and management tools, especially **Collibra**.
- **2+ years** of hands-on experience with **PowerBI** for dashboard and report creation.
- Experience in launching products through **full software development lifecycles**.
- Knowledge of **SQL** and **PowerShell** for automating processes.
- Familiarity with **Logical Access Management** and **Privileged Access Management**.
- Experience with **SailPoint** and **CyberArk** is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with databases like **SQL Server**, **Oracle**, and **other platforms** (e.g., Linux, z/OS, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Knowledge of **access control principles** (e.g., segregation of duties, toxic pairs).
Professional certifications such as **CISSP**, **CISM**, or **CISA** are a plus.
