Hoofd Sourcing en Contracting

Bij VRT zijn we op zoek naar een Hoofd Sourcing en Contracting (aankoop), verantwoordelijk voor de Centrale Aankoopafdeling en het Magazijn. De centrale aankoop is verantwoordelijk voor een duurzaam en uniform aankoopbeleid en voor de implementatie en uitvoering ervan. Het magazijn heeft als hoofdtaak het dagelijks ontvangen en verdelen van goederen die worden geleverd op VRT. Daarnaast heeft deze afdeling nog een beperkte stock in beheer.
Je hebt een passie voor aankopen & onderhandelen en je bent een peoplemanager met sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten. Ervaring in changetrajecten en projectmanagement is een must.
Via deze rol kom je in contact met alle afdelingen van de VRT en werk je nauw samen met medewerkers van uiteenlopende expertisedomeinen.
Je ontwikkelt, innoveert & verbindt Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een duurzaam en uniform aankoopbeleid binnen de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten & in lijn met de strategie van de VRT. Je tekent de bijbehorende processen en organisatie uit. Je begeleidt de transitie van het nieuw aankoopbeleid binnen de ganse VRT-organisatie organisatie en zet de ingeslagen weg van verandering verder Je detecteert aankoop-opportuniteiten, signaleert eventuele problemen of risico’s binnen het aankoopdomein en formuleert de gepaste oplossing; Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis aan de directie & verzorgt de relatie met het management; Je hebt brede aankoop expertise en bouwt op een sterk extern netwerk; Samen met je aankoopteam adviseer, ondersteun en begeleid je de verschillende directies en diensten in al hun verschillende aankooptrajecten: van eenmalige aankopen tot raamovereenkomsten. Je volgt verschillende projecten op die VRT wapenen voor de toekomst (nieuwbouw, kostenreductie,) Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte magazijnwerking. Het magazijn is in volle transitie op een vernieuwde werking. Samen met het team zet je dit traject verder. Je leidt en begeleidt de directe medewerkers bij de uitoefening van hun taken en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking;
Inspirerende ondernemer & coach Je hebt uitgebreide aankoopervaring, ook op strategisch niveau. Je hebt sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en kan snel je marktkennis opbouwen die relevant is voor VRT. Kennis van de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten is een absolute noodzaak om compliance te verzekeren. De kennis ervan bij indiensttreding is een meerwaarde. Indien deze kennis ontbreekt zal je bereid zijn om deze op korte termijn eigen te maken en toe te kunnen passen. Je ziet jezelf als een ondernemer die ervaring heeft met het ontwikkelen van creatieve oplossingen en het succesvol uitrollen daarvan, je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit; Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in het managen van een team; Je hebt sterke coaching vaardigheden en waakt over de ontwikkeling van je medewerkers binnen de veranderende omgeving. Je bent een teamplayer die de groep en bij uitbreiding de organisatie inspireert. Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve skills die je zowel in intern overleg als in onderhandelingen met leveranciers inzet; Je denkt out of the box en werkt op een proactieve manier; Je bouwt makkelijk vertrouwensrelaties op management
- en directieniveau en kan gericht advies geven op basis van je geloofwaardigheid en expertise; Je hebt een sterk analytisch probleemoplossend vermogen en gaat procesgericht te werk; Je denkt kritisch en durft de bestaande processen in vraag stellen; Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, teams, en van de organisatie.
