**Function**:
We are currently looking for a Quality Advisor within the QSE (Quality-Safety-Environment) department at CIT Blaton. The Quality Advisor reports to the Quality Manager and is responsible for the quality system. He/She plays a key role in the digitization and continuous improvement process within the company. Their motto? Operational excellence
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager in developing corporate strategies for internal development and the implementation of digital solutions.
- Facilitate internal and/or external task forces to promote reflection and innovation within CIT Blaton.
- Visit construction sites and various departments of the company to assess compliance with quality processes and analyse the effectiveness of implemented tools.
- Manage the internal audit cycle: lead the internal audit process, establish the annual audit plan, ensure the execution and follow-up of audits.
- Act as the Key User of digital tools and processes: configure and administer digital tools used within the company, while ensuring their effectiveness.
- Oversee quality initiatives across different departments and sites of the company, advising and training employees on tool usage.
**Profile**:
- At least 1 solid prior professional experience
- Experience in a construction company is a big plus.
- Have a good understanding of the challenges faced by construction teams.
- Have sound interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent communication.
- Digital agility.
- Have a strong sense of personal organization.
- Affinity with internal development and continuous improvement.
